Your intake is reviewed by a licensed medical provider. Depending on your health history, goals, treatment request, and applicable requirements, the provider may request additional information, lab work, or a consultation before making a treatment decision.

No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not evaluate compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or quality.

Loozy is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.
does insurance cover this?+
Loozy runs cash-pay and doesn't bill insurance directly. Many people use HSA/FSA funds — check with your plan administrator.
what if i'm not a candidate?+
Not everyone qualifies for every plan, and your provider will tell you exactly why and what else might work. You're never charged for meds you weren't approved for.
can i actually cancel?+
Yep. Terms depend on where you are in your billing cycle — the details live in your terms of service and cancellation & refund policy.
how fast does everything ship?+
Once a provider approves your plan and the pharmacy processes it, medication typically ships within a few days. You'll get tracking the moment it's on the way.
who sees my health info?+
Your intake and health history are seen by the licensed providers and care team working on your case, plus the pharmacy filling your prescription. We treat your info like it's our own — see our privacy policy and HIPAA notice for the full details.
